Luxury House Rental
Located within walking distance of Wildwater Chattooga, this timber frame house has a unique metal exterior and one of a kind spiral staircase. Corkscrew (named after "Corkscrew" rapid in the famous Five Falls of the Chattooga River Section 4) sleeps 12 with a 1st floor king master bedroom suite, 2 second floor queen bedrooms plus 2 double sofa sleepers on the second floor loft. In addition, there is a queen bed on the 3rd floor tower. Perfect for couples groups or multiple families with kids, Corkscrew Cabin has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters plus seating for 4 at granite breakfast table & 12 (or more) at the giant dining room table. Add Jawbone, right next door, to accommodate groups up to 20 Guests in total.
Corkscrew was built with the environment in mind. Superior insulation for a quiet stay, efficient heating and cooling, on demand water heater, fluorescent bulbs used mostly throughout, and the use of environmentally-safe cleaning products are some of the steps we have taken. We also integrated trees leveled from the building site into the construction of the house, all of the poplar beams and the 2 tree posts in the house came off of the property.

Named after iconic rapids on the Chattooga River, the Bull Sluice, Woodall Shoals, Painted Rock and Eight-Ball cabins can sleep up to six people, with two comfortable bedrooms and two baths. Each luxury cabin includes amenities such as a furnished kitchen, flat-screen TV and beautiful outdoor seating where guests can relax in nature.

Chattooga Cottage Rentals
Duplex Cottages
Nestled on the edge of the woods, overlooking Academy Lake and steps away from Wildwater Chattooga, each unit sleeps four and has a small kitchen for cooking. The Chattooga Cottages feature a queen futon downstairs and loft with a a queen bed, satellite TV with DVD player, a spacious deck, linens and towels. Charcoal grills and porches with outdoor seating provide outdoor enjoyment and relaxation during your visit. The duplex cottages can accommodate up to 16 Guests total.
Facilities: Each unit sleep 4. The Wildwater Cottages offer a queen futon downstairs and loft with a queen bed, satellite TV with DVD player, a spacious deck, linens and towels, and a waterfall shower. Shared charcoal grills are available for use during your stay. The Cottages are the only pet friendly lodging available at Wildwater.

Chattooga Group Yurts
Your Perfect Chattooga Adventure Basecamp
Nestled on the edge of the woods, overlooking Academy Lake and steps away from the Wildwater Chattooga Adventure Center, our yurts sleep up to 34 within 5 yurts. Rent one or rent them all. The yurts have bunk beds with mattresses for sleeping, small storage unit & benches, ceiling fan, large outside decks with picnic tables, power, lights and small heaters. No sheets, pillows, blankets or towels are provided. Bring a flashlight for walking around at night as there are stone and wood walkways and steps.
The Commons Building has 6 individual bathrooms with private showers, toilet & sink as well as 2 additional toilets & sinks. The multipurpose building also has a full indoor kitchen that includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots & pans, and silverware. The Commons does not have plates, glasses, coffee mugs or any food products. We do provide paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies. A screened in dining room, outside charcoal grill and fire pit with seating area are also available to our Yurt Guests.
Yurts can be booked for one or more groups or families at the same time, so sharing of The Commons facility is required. Please be considerate of other visitors.
