We recently had 2 wonderful experiences with your staff on a recent trip to Bryson City, NC. I am an adventuresome grandmother who was showing her 10 year-old son the beauty of NC. Our first event was to go on the Nantahala Gorge Canopy Tour, led by guides Coby and Justin. The guides were very safety conscious, kept us entertained during our trip & added so many extras to our ride. Please recognize them as two very good employees,who we will ask for next time.
Our 2nd and perhaps best experience, was whitewater rafting from the train. One employee stood out: Matt. He was so entertaining, kind and very attentive. From the time we met him at the Bryson City train depot, to lunch by the river, to the actual ride, we enjoyed him. He kept us safe, was knowledgeable about the river and appeared to enjoy his job. Please recognize Matt as another outstanding employee.
We will recommend Wildwater to others and will be joining you again, next summer. We were very impressed with all your Nantahala staff, but those 3 young men stood out. We hope that you will acknowledge them & pass this message along.
