Great news! The Wildwater Ocoee is officially open this weekend! The Ocoee River is located near Ducktown, TN just outside of Chattanooga. Wildwater offers Canopy Tours and Whitewater Rafting adjacent to the beautiful Big Frog Wilderness and Cherokee National Forest!
The Ocoee Middle Section is the perfect half-day of rafting for any experience level. It’s five miles of exciting whitewater from rapids like Double Suck and Table Saw where you feel like you’re on a roller coaster.
The Ocoee River Basin Canopy Tour is a blast. It has over half a mile of airtime with 9 Zip Sections and 3 Sky Bridges. Have fun flying through the treetops while learning about the history of the area and the Flora and Fauna.

“My parents, my husband and I had a great time this weekend. We did the zipline on Friday morning with Zach and Tommy. It was a ton of fun. Tommy and Zach were very entertaining while also making everyone feel safe. Remember to keep smiling! We then went whitewater rafting on the middle Ocoee on Sunday with Tyler. Again it was a great trip. Tyler was very experienced and made the trip the highlight of the weekend. Wildwater is a great organization.
