Mercier Orchards and Wildwater are two of North Georgia’s longest family adventure traditions.
It makes sense that the Mercier family and Greiner family decided to come together to promote family fun, adventure, and tradition. Wildwater and Mercier are both family businesses still operated by the founding families with 3rd and 4th generation members helping create memories for visitors to the North Georgia mountains. If you are looking for a mountain “slice of heaven” then Blue Ridge, GA is the place to go this fall. Not only will the colors of fall be exploding, the rich taste of the apple harvest brings families from all over the Southeast for Mercier Orchard apple picking and some of the best apple pies and treats anywhere. Just down the road families and friends grab that late season Ocoee River rafting or zipline adventure during the Secret Season at Wildwater. Crowds are gone but the fun continues on with longer trips and more freedom to play and explore the special spots in the trees and along the river. Together, this ads up to an unforgettable family adventure and journey, escaping the fast paced grind of home and work. The memories will be those of a lifetime and hopefully, as the Greiners and Merciers have found, you can start your own annual tradition with us.
Mercier Orchards is located just east of Blue Ridge, GA on Hwy. 5 and offers “You Pick” with wagon rides and entertainment, an expansive general store, cafe, and (of course) fresh bakery!
Wildwater Ocoee (ziplines and rafting) is located approximately 20 minutes from Mercier Orchard in Ducktown, TN.
