2018 Women of Wildwater

March is Women’s Empowerment Month and in honor of that, we wanted to give a shout out to some of the women across Wildwater, starting with Jeanette Greiner.

Beginning Years of Wildwater

Jeanette was Wildwater’s COO, CFO and Operations Manager for the first 8 years.  Jeanette purchased food and packed trip lunches, took reservations, checked Guests in for trips, ran the store, prepared the staffs’ dinner, ran shuttles and occasionally guided rafts.  The kids took reservations and manned the front desk while mom (Jeanette) took trips to/from the river and ran errands.  Imagine doing all of that with 4 kids ages 2-10!  She continued to pay the bills, did payroll and took care of the accounting through the 70s and into the 80s.
