Continuing the tradition of giving back, Wildwater is hosting the 7th Annual Raft For the Cure at the Ocoee on Saturday August 31, 2013, which benefits Susan G. Koman Foundation Chattanooga. When making your rafting reservations on this date, you’ll know that a portion of your rafting dollar is going to support these worthy organizations. Also, don’t forget to stay for a reception following the special “For the Cure” 2pm raft trip!

Jennifer Matthews, affiliate coordinator for Komen Chattanooga, says she appreciates the donations and loves the rafters’ creativity. “There’s no right or wrong way to raise funds,” she says. “Whether you want to have a pink yard sale or rafting, the sky is the limit.”
