What Makes a Successful Group Adventure?

Advanced Planning: Request our Group Leaders Packet to help with your planning. Give yourself ample time to check availability and change dates if needed. Have alternate dates in mind in case the first date of choice isn’t available.
Sign Up: Once a date has been confirmed, create a Sign-Up Sheet. Get pertinent info. on everyone in the group- name, age, address, phone number and email address. This information will be helpful in communicating with the group members.
Payments: Request that those who are committed to the Adventure make a small deposit payment, typically $10-$20 per person. For groups the balance will be due 1 month prior to the trip date. Payments can be completed online using the reservation # and group leader name (with link from confirmation).
Trip Packet: Put together a Trip Packet that includes directions, lodging information, age requirements/restrictions, Waivers for Adventures, What to Wear Guide & Cancellations Policies. All of this information can be easily downloaded from our website, your Reservation Confirmation or sent to you via email by requesting the info from our Group Sales Manager, Miranda Alexander 864-482-0453.
How to Save Money
Weekday vs Weekend: We offer lower individual & group rates during the week vs weekends.
The More the Merrier: Groups of 10 or more save money and if you book 2 or more activities there is an additional 10% off your adventure and any Wildwater lodging!
