Chattooga River
Free Flowing
The Chattooga River is dependent on rain in the Southeast, particularly at its headwaters in Cashiers, NC. Typically, our water levels are higher in the spring and early summer, with lower levels in the summer and fall. Click below to check out the current water level of the Chattooga.
Nantahala River
Dam Released
The Nantahala River is a dam released river with releases seven days a week throughout the spring, summer and fall.
Ocoee River
Dam Released
The Ocoee River is a dam released river with water releases on weekends in the spring & fall and releases Wednesday-Monday in the summer. The Upper Ocoee has releases on select weekends during the rafting season. Click below to see the release schedule.
Pigeon River
Dam Released
The Pigeon River has releases 4 days a week (Tues, Wed, Thurs and Sat) starting in last spring continuing through early fall.
Cheoah River
